Often and many of us have started taking care our health. We tend to eat healthy food we workout and focus on being fit. While we look after our body what about mind?

what about the ‘mental health’. Do we take an effort to see how we feel inside.

If a person is emotionally mentally broke they should seek help that is absolutely normal. If family, friend office colleague can sense and see something is not right with the person they should help him out. If they cannot then at least provide medium like psychologist or counsellor.

Human can survive without food ,water for some days/limited duration but if someone is depressed and lost hope and belief they cannot survive for a second and ultimately it result in suicide and death.

Suicide is not the solution to the problems. If we are feeling anxious,depressed, stressed out speak up. We have one life to live. Let’s live mentally,physically healthy and value the previous gift called life which God has given us .
